Liz is an amateur photographer whose passion began with the gift of her first SLR camera as a
teenager.
A career in humanitarian aid, involving extensive travel across Africa and Asia, gave her
the opportunity to capture images of diverse people, cultures, and landscapes. Alongside taking
photos for personal enjoyment, she also used photography to document her work and tell the
stories of those affected by conflict and natural disasters, with her images regularly published.

Most recently, Liz has embraced intentional camera movement (ICM) to explore motion, light, and
atmosphere. Through ICM, she moves beyond documentation, focusing on mood and emotional
response, and inviting viewers to experience familiar scenes in fresh, personal ways.
